Frank joins a growing number of staff at the PHS office in Ireland, which was established in 2012. With a world-class MBA from the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, and over 17 years' experience in business development, Frank is perfectly positioned to lead PHS' customer acquisition and partnership development efforts in Europe.
