A Word From the Editor

Hello Everyone, Welcome to this mega issue of Power Points, which combines the August, October and December issues. Don’t read it all in one sitting but spread it out to make up for its extra big size. At 11 pages, this is our biggest issue ever.

Our User Conference in Melbourne over September was a great hit with all the users who managed to attend. We report on the conference, conference dinner, billing site visit, costing site visit and PPM2 enhancements voting.

We attended quite a few external conferences this year — PCSI Helsinki where we ran a couple of costing workshops, HealthShare NSW Expo, and APAC Forum in Auckland. In addition, we are gearing up for more conferences early next year — APHA National Congress in Sydney and Activity Based Funding Conference in Toronto, Canada.

We catch up with CEO Patrick Power and Chairman Daryl Stillwell, as they share some of their favourite things with us.
