PowerHealth Introduces Datix at APAC Forum Auckland

PowerHealth Solutions just this year entered the Patient Safety market, partnering with UK patient safety software vendor Datix to distribute and support the Datix patient safety solution in Australia and New Zealand.

PowerHealth Solutions has very strong connections in the health industry from its Patient Billing and Activity Based Costing systems, with an excellent reputation for implementing large scale IT healthcare systems at the State Health Department level in almost every state in Australia.

Patient Safety in New Zealand

In May 2013, the New Zealand Health Quality & Safety Commission launched a national patient safety campaign titled “Open for Better Care” to focus on reducing harm through falls, surgery, healthcare associated infections and medication.
