PowerHealth's 25th Anniversary Promotion

Terms and Conditions


  • Entry into this trade lottery is free
  • This Trade Promotion Lottery is to be drawn utilising a random number selector, allowing each ticket in the draw a random and equal chance of being drawn

Draw Dates

  • Draw date details include:
    • Entries Open: 21st July 2020
    • Entries Close: 24th August 2020
    • Winners drawn: 25th August 2020
    • Draw Location: Level 1 / 145 South Terrace, Adelaide

Winners communication 

The winners will be notified in writing sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in their entry.

The notification may include instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish their entitlement to it.

The name of the winner and their organisation will be published on the PHS Website within 14 days of the draw for at least one week.

The winners names and organisations will also be published on the PowerHealth Social media pages. 


There will be 25 winners drawn.

Each winner will receive a chocolate bouquet from Edible Blooms.

PowerHealth may substitute to a prize of equal or greater value if the prize shown is unavailable in the winner’s region. The prize will be delivered to winner’s workplace to share with their workplace team.

Where a prize is left unclaimed, it will be kept for 3 months from the day the winner is decided 


Entrants must work for a client organisation of PowerHealth to be eligible to enter.

Where an entrant has ticked that they would like to receive the PowerHealth quarterly newsletter, this constitutes the entrants' consent to their personal information [collected in this entry form] to be used by PowerHealth for compiling its customer database and for marketing purposes.

Entrants details will not be shared with any other company.
