ISO 9001 is an International Standard benchmark for Quality, and PowerHealth Solutions has achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation (QEC14045) for the last six years. The annual Quality Audits rigorously scrutinise management & administration systems, development & support processes, implementation & consulting services — with emphasis on continual improvements.

Quality Endorsed Company The Triennial audit subjects the organisation to much greater scrutiny than the annual compliance audits — with particular focus on overall process improvement.

SAI Global Quality Auditor Mr Stuart Platt from SAI Global Assurance Services stated in his report, The past 3 years has seen the company make further advances into the health industry business management section and the growth of the company's offerings and capabilities. During this time the quality management system has been significantly enhanced and modified in order to support the changing business environment.

James Manna The achievement of consistent process management across the whole company is clearly evident and the improvement of this is ongoing.
