South Australian healthcare developer Power Solutions is affirming its continuing focus and commitment to the healthcare industry by adding the word Health to its name — to become PowerHealth Solutions.
With an established track record in the healthcare industry since 1995, the company has a strong customer base in Australia and New Zealand, and increasingly in the United States.
The Power Solutions name came to prominence in 2002 with the release of PowerCost Manager, an award-winning product that enables hospitals to identify the real cost of patient care.
This product quickly became popular because its modern technology offered the best available price performance, and effectively broke the price barrier that had previously prevented many hospitals acquiring full function decision support systems.
Since then, the company has continued to invest heavily in expansion of its product range and moved into overseas markets, including New Zealand, USA and Middle East.
PowerHealth Solutions now has an extensive health-specific product range for Business Reporting, Performance Management and Patient Billing & Revenue Collection.
Whilst the company has changed its name to emphasize the healthcare focus and create a consistent corporate image for international markets, Australian customers can rest-assured that the underlying legal entity remains unchanged and is still Power Solutions Dtd Pty Limited.
