PowerHealth Solutions' first North American User Conference was voted a resounding success by all participants. The 2-day conference held over May 1-2 in Denver, Colorado was endorsed with 100% participation by customers, as well as business partners and prospective customers.
It was an action-packed 2 days, with energetic networking and exciting idea exchanges.
Ms Kristin Tufvesson, Manager of Decision Support from Cottage Health System in Santa Barbara, CA, presented an engaging session on major improvements experienced in management reporting and data analysis. Kristin said, Cottage Health System (now) has a competitive advantage when negotiating with payors through its use of PowerPerformance Management, by knowing its costs and net income at the payor level.
Most attendees enjoyed the networking interaction and discussions on product line profitability reporting. Mr Boyd Shultz, Business Analyst from NorthBay Healthcare said, The discussions about product line profitability reporting and bad debt were directly relevant to areas I currently struggle with; and I know the automated scheduling will improve our internal processes substantially.
Various PowerHealth Solutions business partners shared their industry expertise, at the same time showcasing their state-of-art application solutions that complement the PowerHealth Solutions software suite.
Ms Anne Farmer from TriNet Health Consultants presented a session on Taking Service Lines to the Next Level and provided interesting advancements on delivering accurate reporting standards.
Mr Erick Galleguillos from Alta Decisions ran a highly interactive session on improving denials & claim revenue recovery, and offered some interesting approaches to workflow processes. Erick also showed aspects of Alta Decisions' successful software solution for Revenue Management.
Kristy Gillmann, PowerHealth Solutions North American Sales Manager, was thrilled with the success of the conference.
