Wayne Bennett is Vice President of Finance at Central Maine Healthcare, a three-hospital integrated healthcare delivery system serving serving approximately 400,000 residents of central and western Maine.
Wayne has 20 years of experience in healthcare finance with several US hospitals, and has a strong interest in developing and leveraging business intelligence to improve performance.
Wayne was responsible for setting up Central Maine Healthcare's business metrics dashboards which is now used widely by hospital managers.
