Conference theme: Where is your business at today?

This conference will focus on how you can use PPM to gauge hospital performance on a daily basis — in order to more effectively assist executives manage healthcare as a business.

Topics include:

  • Using Digital Dashboard to monitor Key Performance Indicators

  • Getting automated and regularly scheduled updates on your favourite reports using Executive Reporting

  • Using Budget Manager to automate the budgeting process

  • Linking data from other sources outside of PPM for reporting within PPM

  • Automating periodic tasks through PPM for more efficient processing

  • Financial modelling using PPM for better decision-making.

Guest speakers will present an outline of how they use PPM in order to provide the right information at the right time.
