Patrick is a founder and Director of PowerHealth Solutions. He has over 15 years of solid experience in healthcare IT in a wide array of financial, clinical and decision support systems, both in the US and Australia.
With extensive industry knowledge in casemix, costing, funding, reporting as well as technical and business skills in information technology and project management, Patrick's vision continues to motivate his team to develop systems targeted at improving healthcare management.
His goal is to make healthcare software affordable for all hospitals, not just the major teaching organizations, so that all healthcare institutions can make informed decisions on the issues that impact their organization.
Patrick holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Accounting.
Paul Venables
Paul is a founder and Director of PowerHealth Solutions. He has accumulated over 35 years of experience using Information Technology to resolve business issues in a broad cross-section of industries, which include manufacturing, finance, government and healthcare.
His training and qualifications have a business and legal emphasis, but the years since 1990 have been focussed in health IT, involving a wide range of projects within Australia and overseas. This has been a critical period, with the healthcare industry facing a combination of business process and budget issues — issues arising from the trend away from an organization-centric approach to care towards a patient or customer-centric care delivery model, combined with a need to increase operating efficiency and reduce operating costs without deterioration in either health outcomes or quality of care.
Paul's background and experience to date also encompasses business process improvement and redesign, manufacturing process change involving major capital acquisitions, development of staff incentive schemes and Trade Union negotiations.
Paul Evans
Paul Evans is a Director of PowerHealth Solutions, US. He brings over 14 years of Information Technology Sales & Marketing experience to the company.
He has worked for some of the largest and most successful global software and service companies such as Oracle, Siebel Systems, and Schlumberger.
Paul brings with him exceptional experience in leading both Direct and Indirect Sales and Marketing, including Global Channel Management during his tenure.
