
Daryl Stillwell — Chairman
Daryl is a tremendous asset to PowerHealth Solutions, with extensive skills in corporate governance, building business growth, strategic and corporate planning, leadership and management, organisational psychology and general management consulting.
As Managing Director of Stillwell Management Consultants Pty Ltd and Stillwell Select Recruitment, Daryl is highly experienced in executive search and selection, corporate development, organisational structuring, strategic development, organisational psychology and Board directorial responsibilities. Daryl is also currently Non-Executive Director of financial institution KeyInvest Ltd and Corporate Adviser to Optus Business South Australia.
In the past, he has also held the positions of Corporate Adviser to Fisher Jeffries Gadens, Chairman of the Australasian operations of US multi-national corporation Avery Dennison, and Chairman & Joint Managing Director of his previous business, Speakman Stillwell & Associates Pty Ltd.
In addition to being a Certified Management Consultant and a Registered Organisational Psychologist, Daryl is also a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development Australia, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Daryl's extensive network of contacts — based on his international management consulting activities and his membership of the Executive Committee of World Presidents’ Organisation — will also be of benefit to PowerHealth Solutions’ continued growth.

Barry Smith — Non-Executive Director
Barry brings to PowerHealth Solutions his experience in strategic planning, governance and risk management at a corporate level, as well as assisting businesses through the provision of market-oriented and practical financial advice.
Barry is currently an Executive Director of Baron Partners Ltd, a licensed independent company that provides business advice about mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring, and strategic transaction advice. Barry specialises in the research, identification & analysis of corporate business expansion opportunities, acquisitions & divestments, initial public offerings, secondary capital raisings and corporate reorganisations.
Prior to this in 1989, he was an Associate Director, Corporate Advisory Division, of Morgan Grenfell, Australia, a major international merchant bank.
Barry previously served as a Non-Executive Director of ECH Inc (a major South Australian aged care provider), and as Chair of its Investment Committee and the Audit Risk Management Committee. He was also a member of the Board of Governors of Pulteney Grammar School and Chair of its Finance Committee. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from The University of Sydney.

Nick Hakof — Non-Executive Director
Nick brings to PowerHealth Solutions a high level of leadership and strategic management skills and experience, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges facing the provision of health services in Australia.
Nick has had extensive executive experience leading organisations in delivering complex and essential services to the community, including:
Health Industry — Chief Executive Officer of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, General Manager of the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (Sydney), Chief Executive Officer of the North Western Adelaide Health Service and Health Consulting Director of Coopers and Lybrand
Energy Industry — Inaugural South Australian Energy Industry Ombudsman
Public Sector — 24 years experience in the South Australian Public Sector, with the last 5 years as Industrial Relations Director of the then SA Public Service Board
Local Government — Chief Executive Officer of the City of Happy Valley, and General Manager Community & Development Services with the City of Adelaide.
Nick is currently also serving as the Chairman of Alwyndor Aged Care, Board Member of Arthritis SA, as well as Member of Arthritis SA's Education and Research Committee.
